I.D. VERIFICATION SOME counties in California require that you have your identity verified at the end of the course before taking your final quiz. Not all counties have this requirement. The courts in these counties want some assurance that you are the person taking the course and that you are not having someone else take the course on your behalf. EVERY traffic school must offer some method of I.D. verification for students who receive citations in counties with this requirement. We make the I.D. verification process painless and simple for you by offering you up to THREE different I.D. verification choices: 1) IDOLOGY VERIFICATION ON YOUR COMPUTER I.D. Verification done right on your computer through IDology. Does NOT count against student's credit history. Students provide personal information that will prompt several questions about their history. Students must answer 50% of I.D. questions correctly to advance to final quiz. **This may not be a viable option for people too young to have established a credit history, who have fraud protection on their credit, or do not have a social security number.** 2) IN-PERSON VERIFICATION via NOTARY PUBLIC Download and print final quiz Take Quiz Appear before a Notary Public and show your driver's license Have Notary place his or her stamp on the final quiz answer sheet Pay Notary directly FAX or Mail notarized quiz sheet for grading 3) WEB CAM VERIFICATION Can be done on ANY computer with a web cam Website gives very simple instructions to follow Show drivers license as well as yourself in front of camera Process takes 3-5 minutes to complete Once complete, go straight to final quiz **The WEB CAM option is not available for all counties that require I.D.
